Encaustic or patterned tiles are made to order and take slightly longer to produce, as they have to be fired at least twice depending on colour combinations. Allow approximately 2 to 6 weeks from order to delivery. In the case of an unusual pattern an additional charge for mould making and an extra 2 weeks for production will be needed.
